WJM 7 has relationships with direct lenders of Stated Income & Full Documentation Loans as well as Bridge Loan & Hard Money Financing. We specialize in short term financing needs to bridge a gap until the borrower can qualify for conventional financing. Most of our borrowers either have a time sensitivity and cannot wait for the conventional time frame or have credit and/or occupancy issues that preclude them from going to the banks.

Once WJM 7 receives a complete submission package the file will then be presented to an underwriter for an initial review. A verbal offer will be presented to the broker. Once the borrower accepts the verbal offer a borrower interview will then be setup. After the borrower interview is complete a loan processor will begin ordering title, appraisal and start processing the loan.
